From celebrant wedding & corporate client charters with hospitality, to team building, networking, office nights out or more formal occasions, we provide everything you need for a special event.

Offering elegance, exclusivity and personal service, we create customised packages – complete with a meal, fully licensed bar, BBQs, canapé receptions or buffets.

Our Champagne or Prosecco receptions and selection of hot and cold menus are created in partnership with exclusive Stratford caterers and for our barbeques, Shakespeare Spitroast, both specialising in high-quality locally sourced produce. Our boat, the Rita Ellen is fully licensed from 10.00am until 11.30pm for alcohol and music. The Rita Ellen accommodates up to approximately 40 guests for informal receptions, 30 for buffets and 24 for seated dining. The Rita Ellen is fully wheelchair accessible.

If you are holding a conference at the Crowne Plaza hotel, our base, you could enjoy a drinks & canapés pre-dining cruise.  A great way to start the evening with colleagues and guests.
