Over the quiet months we at Bancroft Cruisers have taken the time to review how easy it is to get to the boats, embark and enjoy all aspects of our cruises.  We’re proud to say that The Rita Ellen is fully accessible for wheelchairs users & for those who find steps difficult with a hydraulic lift from landing stage into the cabin & crew who are trained in helping people to board. Onboard we have: a large fully accessible toilet with washing facilities; plenty of space for wheelchairs up to bariatric size; perfect window height for viewing the river & sights; comfortable seating; room for storage of walking frames and a microphone system used by the crew when giving our commentary.
